Just like you choose your doctor, you can also choose your therapist. So, when your doctor recommends therapy, tell them you want to stay close to home. Tell them you choose PJ Therapy!

First Appointment Experience
Many patients are nervous and uncertain at the time of their first physical therapy appointment. This is understandable but not necessary. Once you enter our facility you will be greeted with a friendly smile and a family atmosphere. If you were able to access and complete our online forms, you may present them at this time. If not, a few minutes will be taken to complete our intake forms so that we have a better understanding of your history and the condition we are treating.

You will need to provide a photo ID (ie, driver's license), insurance cards and a list of medications, as well. Comprehensive evaluation by a licensed physical therapist will then be conducted. This will include education on diagnosis, establishment of a treatment plan and one-on-one instruction for implementation of a home program tailored to your needs. Together, you and your therapist will answer questions and discuss how frequently therapy is recommended. Our front office staff will answer insurance questions and schedule your follow-up visits.
